Job Descriptions
1. Salesperson
A Salesperson would:
• Be able to establish a rapport with customers and provide them with courteous, informative and professional service
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer service standards are met
• Have excellent listening and communication skills with regards to understanding customer needs and accurately representing product and store policy
• Be a positive and energetic team player
• Support store operations by accurately and efficiently completing paperwork and POS transactions
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales generation
• Be available to work days/evenings/weekends
• Aid in visual merchandising, including maintaining displays and advising as to display combinations, such as colours, accessories, and product
• Have an eye for detail and demonstrate an ability to follow up with customer requests
• Demonstrate an ability to learn and relay product knowledge with clarity and accuracy
2. Finisher
If you are a finisher with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience finishing furniture and/or solid wood products, please drop of a resume and cover letter in person between 10AM & 5PM, Monday to Friday.
